DECOUPLING LAYER FOR WINDOW FRAMES AND CORE

SOLUTION DESCRIPTION

Decoupling layer for window frames with Expanded Insulation Corkboard ensuring acoustic insulation and providing a thermal barrier to the window frame system. Also possible to apply as window frame core.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Standard density: +/- 110 kg/m3 ;  Thermal conductivity: λ = 0.039 W/m°C.
Medium density: 140 +/- 10 kg/m3 ;  Thermal conductivity: λ = 0.043 W/m°C.
Bending Resistance: ≥ 1,8x104 kg/m2
Compression resistance at 10%: ≥ 100 KPa
Excellent dimensional stability
Fire Resistance: Euroclasse E
